The PMLA is committed to our mission to teach and promote the sport of lacrosse at the youth level here in Peterborough.
The goals of the PMLA are as follows:
- Teach the fundamentals of the game in a safe and fun environment for learning and competition
- Support the development of skilled lacrosse players for the PMLA Boys and Girls Lacrosse teams
- Teach personal responsibility, good sportsmanship, and respect for fellow players and the game
The PMLA would like to offer athletes a chance to get their sticks back in their hands and participate in skills and drills in a non-evaluative way. These sessions are not mandatory. Please note that all players must be registered with the PMLA by March 17, 2023.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PLAYERS ATTENDING REP TEAM TRYOUTS:
ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE PMLA MARCH 17, 2023.
TRYOUT FEES ARE NOW INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION FEE.
ALL PLAYERS MUST ATTEND 1ST TEAM TRYOUTS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR SECOND AND THIRD TEAM TRYOUTS, UNLESS THERE IS MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES.

TRYOUTS FOR PAPERWEIGHT, ANY/ALL '3' TEAMS, U22 (GIRLS & BOYS) WILL TAKE PLACE LATER IN APRIL AFTER THE START OF OUR HOUSE LEAGUE PROGRAM.

TRYOUT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER “TIN”:
The PMLA will be using the " TIN" (Tryout Identification Number) system to release players this season for a 2/3 team tryout and or House League.
This year player releases will be communicated online for the first round of selections. All players will receive a confidential Tryout ID number at the FIRST tryout that will be used to identify release status online.
Please keep your TIN # private and in your possession.
